Tuition Fees

One question that often comes up when it comes to admission: how much does it cost to study at the Conservatoire? The answer may surprise many; studying at one of our nine conservatories is very affordable. And for young musicians at the elementary and secondary levels, training is entirely free!

Admission fees, registration fees, related costs and the contribution to the Foundation of the Conservatoire de musique et d’art dramatique du Québec are subject to change without notice.

Preparatory Studies Program (elementary and secondary levels)

External Programs in Music

The use of external programs is free and registration is not required. However, in order for your students to be able to take the end-of-year assessments, they must register once their teacher has joined the programs.
